We happily cook plants.

We don't confine ourselves to nomenclature, we don't like limitations. We feel a real responsibility for the amount of meat and fish we save based on the meals we serve each month. With our work, we demonstrate concretely that you can eat well plant-based.

We left meat behind without regret and created a menu of fresh, seasonal, colorful, flavorful, and hearty food.

Good for you, good for the planet.

Our menus reflect seasonality, and we choose organic and local ingredients whenever possible. In an effort to increase sustainability, we have long since eliminated non-compostable materials for pickup and delivery, as well as plastic bottled water.
